My battery won't hold a charge anymore so I stopped here to get advice on how to file an insurance claim. The clerk was very incompetent. She tried to tell me that the longer I owned my phone, the higher the deductible would be. Wrong! She also said AT&T has terrible phone insurance & she wouldn't have it! When I told her I could pay off my phone & switch to another company for what she said my deductible would be, she basically told me to go do that.
