  We needed repair work for both carpet and vinyl. Called and explained what we needed done. Sure, no problem, they would call back and set time to come out. Called back 1 week later, left message to call us. That was January 2011, and never heard from them nor would the office person answer the phone during business hours when we called. This month middle of Aug. 2011 I, went to their showroom talked to the office lady, was told they would call that evening or the next day. Still waiting. Again, they won't answer the phone. Now we will be needing 2 houses carpeted and guess who I won't be calling. Linda Miller

  Great people. Super friendly staff. Measured for free (unlike the big box stores), were personable and friendly throughout the entire process. Ordered custom carpet for us and installed the same day it came in! Great prices too! Would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for carpet!
